Can't proceed in the game

I didn’t get a support email on this…but will answer inline.

This issue is caused when players skip the “Data Permission” pop up that shows when the game is first installed.

There are two options here:

  1. Join our mailing list [not required]
  2. Give us permission to use your email address on our end to store the save game data you upload to the DQ Account system [REQUIRED].

If you do NOT choose to give us permission to use your email address for the dq account then attempt to create a dq account this issue where you cannot press “play” will happen.

Do a fresh reinstall of the game, and either do NOT use the DQ Account system or give us permission to use your email address to store your save game data.
