Is there a cap of procs because i have a proc build but idk if there is a proc cap

So, that means in theory, you could get a combined proc % of 100%?

Though, since procs are based on attacks pe second, 100% proc doesn’t neccessarily mean 100% chance of activation if you are using a fast weapon.

I could see Storm Proc adding up to 100%…

You can easily get 100%, but that doesn’t equate to a guaranteed proc as one would assume when seeing 100%. Even 200%+ is attainable. What you will see then, over a long enough time frame, would be an average of 2 procs per sec.
