Hey Dennis, sorry for the troubles!
If you’re able to access the front option menu, i would goto options->controls->Controller Default to reset controls.
If you’re not able to access any menus, I would contact support@shinyboxgames.com and provide your account email and character information. With that, we can help recreate what we would need to with your account. Once done, you may have to clear your game data, and re-download the update we make on the server.
