You need to start adding some dodge and block. If possible farm for a nadroji ring for the 2 set, get another crushing flame and get some crushing blow (30 crushing blow is good enought).
Working those items will provide you a (6) crushing flame which will one shoot lower monsters in the dungeon.

Another good idea would be to use stenntho(I doubt thats how to spell it). Its a rouge bomb which will give you execution damage to finish off mobs. You can add whatever set affix you want to it though. Another good idea would be to use frozen instead of fire. Or if you do want to stick with fire, use something with blistering. Other than that, not bad man good job.
