Defiant + Masochism + Blood Magic for different classes. I use this for main instead of hirelings, but can be used both ways. This build will always be below 50% HP during battle.

These are all on Crushing Flames. If by any chance you’d want to change the element just change the Crushing Flames to Frozen(Permafrost) / Plagued(Shadows) / Ascendent(Arcanist).
