If you’re using that weapon as your primary source of damage: yes. WD only effects the weapon that it is on. ED is global.

Is it right to use elixer? Or could i use any other mythstones?

Preference, really. If you’re using toss our scalp as your main damage output, then sure. But Endow may be more effective. That’s something you’ll have to test or settle with.
