Can get Crystal Affix on Eternal?
you can’t roll a Crystal affix onto an Eternal Item, but an Eternal Item can be found with a Crystal affix, or bought from the LegendEx or Shop and have a Crystal affix, but only if it has the same Epic affix on the original Item.
on the Eternal Divination it has Epic All Resist, which is one of the 20 Crystal affixes, so there is a chance it could be found or bought with Crystal All Resist.
