Does AoE Range affix effect Arc Affix?

Does AoE Range affix effect Arc Affix? Or would it only work on main abilities? (Still trying to roll that stupid twister proc.) -_-

@Sequince i asked this question few weeks ago on Discord. and @CuzegSpiked told me it will only work (AOE Range) if you use ORB+Reactor set.
