Does the MA and EAC compatible with offhand?

Hi guys i have a mythic trap that have an affixes of +2 MA and +2 EAC. Does this two compatible in offhand weapons?

cant quite understand the question. MA and EAC only affect MH wep certain primary skills (except if u use discordance mythic it will inc dmg of MH sprcial skill)but u can put MA and EAC on other parts of equip… it will still work as ur MH MA and EAC

MA and EAC (wont effect on OH wep skills)

They affect all primary MH skills. Even though they affect them in different ways, their DPS boost is the same.
