Please Shinybox Fixed issue with my email not sending
during game
I cant download where I last save into server…

always appear in the above subject…
DQ ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Two questions:

is you download button “grayed out” or not intractable at all?

Or can you just not even get to that portion of the DQ Account system screen because your email address isn’t being approved?

If the latter is the case please email support@shinyboxgames.com with the email address you are trying to activate and we will manually activate it for you.

Everytime I will play DQ I cant click the download button because
it is “grayed out” or interactable at all…

Please help me with my problem,
I already sent an email on
support@shinyboxgames.com
with my email address.

No one can click on download, it is like that by design. The only time you can download is on a fresh install, like putting game on new device.
