EDIT: Assault toss proc doesn't proc immolate?

EDIT:
I have 90% immolate + 200% blister, almost all of my attacks do that fire pillar effect, except for toss

even though at the skill page it says my toss have 90% chance to immolate the toss proc from assault does not light enemies on fire (pillars)

I have noticed a similar problem with Skullshield with my Wizard, with both the Skill & the Talent that Proc’s it. it will cause Toxic, Freeze and Immolate, not sure about Paralyze, and doesn’t cause Orbit at all, which is a huge shame, as Skullshield & Orbit is a great combo if you are just running around, especially if you are using Living Force.
