At First I thought Effective mythic’s bug is that it doesn’t work on Immune Enemy.
But With My Experience on the screenshot it has Greatly Resist On it.

And for effective mythic was it intended not to work with immune enemy? I mean is it a bug or it was intended to do that.

Yeah, looks like there’s a bug with Furies & Effective ring. I had this issue with Furies who have Immune Ice affix (I was using shock)
It is intended that Effective does not ignore resistence (Ignore Resist, Weaken and etc. still exists). It only makes your attacks 1.25x stronger when you hit enemies that are not weak vs your element.
What is happening here is that the furies in this map are immune to their own weakness so you do no damage. X1.250=0. This will probably be fixed.

And I believe this should be. The inconsistent inconvenience of using such ring on maps makes it almost worthless as a “Mythic” tier item.
So far the description was only changed to fit this bug 
+1 Because a lot prefer Ignore resist rather than effective mythic because of the Immunity.
I hope it changes to DMG *1.25 vs any element because well it was effective lol.
