Eteranlism on arena

I saw awhile ago , some gears of my fellow gamers has eternal. But I am confused that some aren’t the gears on same affixes. Just like The Druidic with Push the Limit affix :dizzy_face::scream: And Casslatrophy with Plague set affix. But these gears were eternals . How did they do that ?
