I don’t often use Eternal items since you’re stuck with the affixes it gives you, but there are a few that I do use.
Only you can decide what will work with your build.
Here’s one I use on my hireling Rogue …

the best one is different for every one because it’s different for different builds because different builds have different needs and requirements.
