Can anyone suggest a very good combination of sets, affixes and talents that is very compatible with this item? Anyone? Haha.

Cerebral vortex with the glove. I think a crafted legend golex with a nice mythic word ( eg corsmiorb , apocalypse etc…) would be better though.
