you can improve your chances of dropping an Eternal Map by having high Luck & Eternal Set equipped when you are ready to drop Legend Maps from killing Cartographer Feat and picking up Maps Feat.
having the Accomplished Perk allows you to finish all Feats faster, as it reduces the requirements of Feats by 25% rounded up.

Also you only ever tend to drop eternal maps solo with an eternalised high luck build.
