If i use emerald 50x on legend item, does it make that item eternal ?

no. Emerald will raise the Item Quality of an Item or Weapon to +25% maximum. it doesn’t work on Pets or Eternal Legends. Legend Items have a 1% chance (I think) to become Eternal. Treasured Perk and Eternalized Set can improve the chances of Legend Items & Pets to become Eternal instead.
