Got 3 different build that works around Frozen, might as well share it.
Might not clear as fast as Crushing Flames + Inferno or Plagued + Shadows but it’s great for immobilizing group of enemies, still clears decently at floor 2500+ M3. I mainly use these for hirelings and go full DPS on my main.

I never thought of using a Frozen Build for a Hireling, but that’s a great idea.
for me, it’s kind of like using a Wizard Aftermath Build on a Hireling instead of the Main. I’m actually considering a Main Rogue Ninja Build with Hireling Wizard Aftermath Build. they’d be popping allover the screen.
from what I understand, and after some tests, Counter Talent on Rogue needs at least one Legend Reflect Damage to work.
@Golem The rogue mainly stays as hireling as im too lazy to press a lot of buttons XD. about the counter (thanks for the info), I’ll switch it to Deception later on, either I’ll switch Permafrost to Trickster or remove 30% Weaken on MH and get 25% Mirror Image Proc. for the Deception to work. I don’t have enough crystals for it for now haha.
