Currently im am specing my wizard to be full power, with mp leach and teleport/twister. Will this work later in game or should i use mana aswell?

If you’re using teleport, u’re not supposed to be touched by monsters, so you don’t really need mana
Mana is more for people using mana shield instead of teleport 
Try the difference between full strentgh and full mana specs
