Need help i buy three pack of golds and i just received one, i need some explain.
this is the three golds packs receipt i have already buy but nothing i have received, need to now where is my golds pack:

I have already refunded two of those orders. I am working on trying to reproduce the issue on our end as well. I will update you as soon as I can the issue to happen.

All that has been refunded (the money spent) to your credit card. We are working on trying to reproduce the issue that you are having with your device. Right now I cannot get produce the same issue on my end that you have.

Once we have a way to reproduce it I will make sure to let you know when we have a fix for the issue.

In the email I sent your way I suggested that you use a WiFi connection if at all possible. I cannot say that this will resolve your issue 100% but I have helped users in the past that had similar issues and using a WiFi connection helped to provide a stable internet connection and help to complete purchases.

ok thanks, and how about the LEGENDS FOUND ITEM, how come in the game it’s very difficult to fun a red items? is there any special level for that?

what is the site? and also i just buy 0.99 USD for unlock a caracters and it works. So does it ,does it mean that i can purshase the gold pack?
