Gold purchase problem

I just tried to make a gold purchase. I got the Google Play message that payment was successful, then I got a “Purchasing…” message which just sat there and sat there and sat there. So I finally cleared it, and my gold is nowhere to be seen.

Could you help me out, admin? Let me know what info you might need to get this cleared up. Thanks.
