Uhm what about this pet guys, i forgot this one on my rogue inventory. But i think elements pet is useless both on pvp or pve, i think legend pet is better than this based on my affixes above

with Prayer & Bulwark, this could only be used on a Warrior Build.
Elements Set can be useful. in PVP Elements (3) is +22.5% chance to cast same spell for free with a different Element. in PVE it is +37.5% chance. a free extra attack is always nice.
an increase in the individual Element Resists is the part you would have to Craft a Build around for it to be useful, and it would actually be more useful in PVP than PVE (think Unity Mythic).
