How do people get a level 5 set effect on a single item

Say, (5) Aftermath on one item then (5) Druidic on another.

Welcome, to achieve your desired goal, you must use the +2 mythstone for all sets and have an item with the legendary +3 attribute for all sets. You can try two +2 mythstones for all sets, but I’m not sure if they stack, and it’s also very expensive to craft them using that combination.
