I was wonder how the percentages work when you are trying to figure out what item is better then the next. Can some please explain it. My understanding is the item you have equipped (on left) is saying this it is better then the item on the right (in the bag).
If you’re referring to the changes displayed in the red box - then, to my knowledge you shouldn’t trust the numbers. They’re bugged somehow.
Better to look at the changes for a specific skill/Stat value in the Stat screen, as I tried to show here:
