i can’t back up my account from Iphone IOS 7.1.2 i can’t upgrade to new version 'cause needed IOS 9.0 
Hi! I sent you an email as well. We cannot control the iOS required version on our end. this is something that is done when iOS is updated on Apple’s side. When we make an update they require a certain level of iOS support. Very sorry we cannot be of more help here!
