Yes. It’s called Elemncrit when it appears on ruby and if your weapon/gear is ice, it will appear as frostbiting.

Elemental crit has a different name depending on the element of the equipment. Change it to frost beforehand and it will show as frostbiting. Make sure to max out quality and item level beforehand to get a better chance at a higher roll.
