Its possible convert a item (warrior) for another item (warrior)? For example a Meliodas hilt (Sword) to (axe)?

That would be awesome, but no.
The only way to change the weapon of an item is to use Jasper and change class.

the only way to really do something like that is if all the affixes on one weapon can be rolled with Crystals on the other weapon, or if any affixes that can’t be rolled with Crystals are on both weapons.
I’ve also thought of being able to do something like that with some weapons for some builds.

I think noleto wanted a Meliodas Axe for the Seven Deadly Sins build instead of a Sword.
I remember in my Noob days I liked using Staff because I think Comet is an amazing Skill, but I didn’t like Meteor. also, Orb didn’t fit my build ideas. so my Staff builds had Twister or Storm for a long time. it got to the point that I felt like using Storm was cheating because it’s so good with damage. I tend to use Twister a lot with my Wizard, but I have a dream to make some king of Wizard Build that does a ton of damage with Meteor. I also have a good build idea for Rogue using Chakram with Meteor Proc. I did a test run with the Meteor (Skill 0) Proc Chakram and liked the results, even though I have kind of gotten the feeling that I don’t like using cross Class skills very much, mostly due to the fact of the limited skill points that can be put on skills from other Classes.
