i’m just newbies, download and play yesterday (reach 19th floor today)
i completed all dictionary and got just only 8 point
but a friend of mine, he said he got 21 point at floor 15-16 or something
how? Are there some king of trick that i should know?

It depends. They might have completed feats that you did not. There is also the fact that Epic Monsters give a lot of Heroic points so they might have been lucky and found some.
