Hii, I’m newbie, what is (per rank)% mean in the game, i don’t understand, does (rank) is mean LEVEL?

example. Equality Set gives +7.5% Damage and Regeneration per Rank of your Equality percentage. Set affixes have maximum 8 Ranks, so Equality (8) gives +60% Damage and Regeneration of your Equality percentage.

Skill and Talents have maximum ranks of 40. Wizard Talent Focus gives +2.5% Weapon Damage per Rank. Focus 20 gives +50% Weapon Focus, and Focus 40 gives +100% Weapon Damage.
