Hired character question

Hi

I would like to know when I hire a character how the xp gets shared.
e.g. When I recieve 10k xp for a kill, do both characters get 5k xp, or when i receive 10k xp, do both characters get 10k xp?

Both earn XP (at least, both earn HeroPoints from what I know)
Also, if your character does have 600% luck (or GoldFind) and your main char got 300% (both), your real amount will be (300+600)/2 = 450% :unamused:

Nice and thanks Diieter another info added to my game knowledge… I thought that experience gained and hero points were divided into two…
