I did a quick search on the forum but couldn’t find anything about it.
So, I basically put alot of item finding on my hireling and concentrate the dps on my rogue.
Not sure if it works properly, anyone care to explain to me?

You are lucky, I have a very good memory:
I think it is currently bugged though. In my ingame item drop stat. The +100% from hireling is only +50% on each char (myself a and the hireling) instead of +100% each.

I am using IOS version if it helps.
I’m having a problem with the IQ% stat as well. I’m using the Android version and the IQ% stat only goes up to 200% on the stat page (no hireling). The text however doesn’t turn green like when the other stats hit their cap. Is my actual IQ% capping at 200% or is it an error on the stat page?
Also, when I add a hireling, the IQ% on each of their stat pages doesn’t change to reflect the additional 100%. There is a definite increase in the quantity of items though, so I think that’s just a stat page bug
