Are DoTs and skills affected by Multi Attack, Extra Attack, and Double Strike? Does Coat Weapon at 40 give 60 and 50% Crit and Elem Crit respectively?
Double Strike is a % chance for an attack to hit twice. if the damage for the attack and double strike is different, the Fire, Bleed, & Poison DoT will be based on which had the higher damage. I do not know if Double Strike can cause a DoT to damage twice.
EAC: in the case of a Skill which has itās DMG increased, the DoT is based on that damage. in the case of a Skill that has separate attacks that hit the same enemy, the one that does the highest damage will be the one the DoT is based on.
MA: in the case of a Skill which has itās DMG increased, the DoT is based on that damage. MA does 50% of the original attack, so Skills that have separate attacks that are hit by the original and a MA, the DoT will probably be based on the original attack, unless the MA gets a Critical Hit with high Crit DMG that is higher than the original without a Critical Hit.
Multi Attack & Extra Attack Chance only affect MH Primary Skills. in the case of Discordance Mythic, the MH Special Skill is now the Primary Skill and the MH Primary Skill is now the Special Skill.
Coat Weapon: in the weapon description, adds +15% crit chance & +25% Elemental Crit chance, then doubles both for duration.
with the base +10% Crit Chance, that is +50% Crit Chance & +50% Elemental Crit Chance for the duration. in this part, I think the Crit Chance is part of +60% crit chance cap. having two Death Natures would put this at +60% Crit Chance. this also means you can do Elemental Critical without Elemental Crits from affixes. this will save you some space for other affixes.
Coat Weapon Skill:
+1% Movement Speed per Rank
+0.75% Crit Chance (over cap)
+1% Spell Duration
Coat Weapon 40 would give +80% Crit Chance, +90 with two Death Natures.
Coat Weapon 40 w/ Epiphany (5) with 5 Death Natures or 1 +15% Crit Chance would get you to the new cap of +75% +30% = +105% Crit Chance. I donāt think there is an advantage to having Crit Chance over 100%, unless being over Cap with the Skill bonus affects Deadly Strike Chance. at 100% Crit Chance, 60% will be Deadly Strike. if 105% Crit Chance affects Deadly Strike, then 37% of attacks do Critical DMG while 63% of attacks do Deadly Strikes. and since Epiphany also raises Deadly Strike cap to +75%, 22% Critical DMG (rounded down) and 78% Deadly Strikes vs. 100% Critical Chance giving 25% Critical DMG and 75% Deadly Strike.
Are you saying that Coat Weapon only increases your Crit by 30%, and at 40, adds 30 points to Crit chance, i.e. at 40, it gives 60% Crit?
With Blink Strike, thereās +40% Crit Chance and Crit Damage. Do these ignore cap? It also has +2 Multi Attack and +200% Damage. Are these 4 buffs lost when using Discordance?

all 3 Classes start with +10% Crit Chance, +50% Crit DMG, and +10% Dodge. Warriors also start with a Shield for their OH (Shield OH gives a +10% Block).
Starting Crit: +10%
Coat Weapon Skill/Spell: +15%
(10 + 15) x 2 = 50
Coat Weapon 40: +30%
I donāt know if the calculation is - - -
(10 + 15 + 30) x 2 = +110% or
((10 + 15) x 2) + 30 = +80%
I also donāt know if the Blink Strike +40 Crit Chance is + or x and where it fits in the above calculations, but it does mean lots of Crit Chance.
Iāve asked the Devās a few times how to tell which Skill Buffs are added and which are multiplied (or are they all multiplied?), with no answer yet. they have said that they go over Cap. I am sure that the +% DMG is multiplied, Blink Strike Rank 40ās +200% DMG is 3x DMG for Blink Strike. hmm, and with the +2 Multi Attack, another +100% DMG or 2x DMG, so Blink Strike x 3 x 2 = Blink Strike x 6 DMG.
Does element damage% (like +Poison dmg%) increase weapon damage if it matches element?

yes. +Element DMG% & +Element DMG+ only increase the damage of weapons of the same Element.
in the case of Wizard Talent Prismatic & Ascendant Set, which have a chance to change the attacks Element to another Element, Element DMG still needs to be the same as the Weapon. Epic Elemental Critical also needs to be the same as the weapons Element. Legend Elemental Critical could be on Items of different Elements. Elemental Critical DMG only affects the Element itself, so on a Build with 2 Elements or a Prismatic/Ascendant Build, itās possible to have 2 or more Elemetal Crit DMG.
