How do you craft mythic items?

i would like to craft a mythic item like a staff or something plz help

You first need an item with 4 sockets. You can accomplish by:
A) Use a Zircon to manually insert the sockets.
B) Find a weapon with 4 sockets already.

You then use specific Mythstone combination that you can find here:
