I bought boosts and did not receive them

I bought 3 hours of the boosts bundle on my old phone (because it had my credit card info saved already) and when I tried to upload it and download on my new phone the boosts didn’t transfer, and when I got back on my old phone to retry it, they were gone. I have the receipts in my email if you need proof of this purchase. I’m not one for getting all mad about something small I’m sure it can be fixed, but I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago and it worked fine?
