I can't purchase slot

I wanted to create a new hero after I’ve acquired loots for Warrior class. However, the purchase button is not responding, does anyone else have this problem or is it just my internet connection?

Do you get an error message saying you cannot purchase the slot or the purchase button is not working for you at all?
