How do I get lvls fast @Golem I’m sure you know abt this or @DJC
if you are not going to get Perks, then it doesn’t really matter, because you will get to level 99 fast enough.
if you are going to get Perks, then finding Items with Legend Experience +% (Look in the LegendEx to find the Items with that affix).
eventually you will need to get 6 Quest Mythstones for +200% Experience (the cap).
the Yellow Shrine adds +25% Experience over cap. if you have the Enshrined Perk, the Yellow Shrine adds +100% Experience over cap (2 Yellow Shrined don’t stack).
Adventurer Mythic gives you 1 experience for every Gold you pick up, so if you pick up 10k gold, you get 10k experience. doesn’t apply to Gold from selling Items.
spend real money to get a 2 hour experience bonus of +100% (added, not multiplied)
the higher the difficulty level, the more experience you get from monsters.
higher tier monsters give more experience.
experience from monsters stops going up at floor 100 (I finally tested this and it’s true. higher floors means harder work for the same experience on floor 100).
the more Perks you get, the more experience it takes to get the next one.
You need to run Epiphany (higher exp cap), legendary exp% affix, 6 quest runes, +4 all sets and fill the rest with destructive power.
Should o get perks or not cuz i don’t really know I’m prob gonna cuz perks sound better then no perks
Perks are almost exclusively for farming, you need 1 character with perks. The perks notably include :
• +200% Luck/Gold Find beyond cap
• +300% Eternal/Crysyamline find rate
• More effective Shrines
• An average of +5 Epic ennemies per floor
• Improved pickup radius
• Feats complete faster
when Patch 2.1 came out with Perks, some of the older Players said they didn’t need Perks, as they already had awesome Farm Builds. other Players liked the idea of better Farming ability without having to put more affixes on their Items.
when I first read about Perks, I kind of didn’t want to spend all that time getting them, but the more I read about them, the more I realized it would be worth the time to get them for the Farm benefits you get.
Is the exp you get from adventure mythic significant for lvling?
I tested it one time, and compared to the experience you get from monsters, it doesn’t compare… but… my test didn’t optimize my Gold drops. I think I had Fortune Skill at 20. that is +50% to Item Drop, Gold Find, and Luck.
I think Adventure Mythic would be good for a Noob Player when they start working on the Third Perk or higher. by then, a Player would know more about the affixes and damage, and how to maximize many affixes with 6 Quest Mythstones on the Items. If you could get 500k Gold or better per Map, or whatever amount you think is worth having Adventure Mythic, then it’s worth it.
the reason I say this is…
Perk 1 - 1x exp
Perk 2 - 2x exp
Perk 3 - 3x exp
Perk 4 - 5x exp
Perk 5 - 7x exp
Perk 6 - 10x exp
Final - 14x exp
as you can see, Adventure Mythic will make a difference with some Gold Find. I have a Wizard I’m getting Perks for, and just for this Post, I’ll stick an Adventure Mythic on him when I have some more Crystals to make a better Barrage Ascending Build.
Adventure Mythic gives experience equal to Gold picked up in a map.
here are some things that affect how much Gold can be picked up.
Difficulty Level
Gold Find (Affix, Greed Nature, Fortune Skill)
Item Drop (Affix, Mythstone, Fortune Skill, Hireling Bonus) Affects The Number Of Gold Piles
Monster Tier
Legend Map
Eternal Map
Green Shrine (Gold Find & Luck)
White Shrine (Item Drop)
Orange Shrine (Summons 1 Epic Shrine Guardian)
Fortunate Perk (Gold Find over cap)
Enshrined Perk (1 Extra Shrine, most Shrines improved 300%)
Hunter Perk or Ring (All Shrines and Pool Summon + 1-3 Epic Shrine Guardians)
Accomplished Perk (Some Feats Have Side Effects That Improve Gold Drops)
Maps with Skyfall Affix (Verified By Dev’s)
Challenge Maps tend to drop more gold than Campaign Maps (Map Affixes Make Them Harder)
Enemies With Gracious Affix (Items Dropped By Enemies Increased 200%)
Epiphany Set (Raises Cap Of Affixes)
Pet Hound (Digs Up Hidden Gold)
Pet Imp (The Magical Conversion Of Items Sometimes Creates Gold)
I hope I got everything.
This some CIA lookin stuff you got, really useful.
I was thinking about it for a little bit… when I did some research on Ascending For Perks when I first got into DQ, I did the Level 1, 40, 100 Equipment. 1 gets me to level 20, 40 gets me to level 50, 100 gets me to 99 to start over again for the next Perk.
my thinking was for the level 1 Gears, you don’t really need exp. bonus. for the level 40 Gears, Adventure Mythic would be great getting to level 40 faster. the level 100 Gears would have 6 Quest Mythstones for +200% Experience. Adventure Mythic wouldn’t really be needed unless you really wanted to fly up the levels. the downside for having it on the level 100 Gears is the space for some Gold Find to make it worth using with Quests. it would be a kind of really advanced Ascending Build. I’m not sure even I would try it… but thinking about it is making me wonder what it would be like, so now I’m thinking of trying it out eventually.
Adventure Mythic Update:
Description on Item:
Grants Experience Equal To Gold Picked Up.
- Adventure Experience boosted by Quest Mythstones.
- Adventure Experience boosted by Legend +% Experience.
- Adventure Experience boosted by Yellow Experience Shrine.
- Adventure Experience not boosted by Difficulty Experience Bonus. Difficulty does have Gold Find Boost, except for Very Easy.
- Adventure Experience affected by difference between Main & Hireling levels and Experience Bonus’ when on Main. Adventure Mythic on Main doesn’t affect Hireling. Don’t know if Adventure works on Hireling, untested and haven’t found a post on it yet.
- Adventure Experience & Shop Experience Boost not tested.
- Gold Find increases Gold Picked Up which means more Experience from Adventure Mythic.
- Item Drop has a chance to increase the number of Gold Piles which means more Gold Picked Up and also more Experience from Adventure Mythic. Main & Hireling have a 100% Item Drop over Cap.
I made a mistake with my Rogue Ascending Build after placing Adventure Mythic on it, and noticed I was getting more experience than the Gold I was picking up. that was when I notice I was getting +30% Experience from a Quest MS. I verified the extra experience then took the Quest off. the very next Map had an Experience Shrine and I think I was getting a little more than double Experience (102 Gold dropped gave 208 experience. should be 204? @tdaniel ). Stat Page showed +100% from Shrine. then I tested it with Legend % Experience and got more Adventure Experience with that also. I also did a quick Search which is where I got the information for #5.
It looks like Adventure Mythic isn’t as weak as some of us thought.
Edit: I found some Posts I made concerning Adventure Mythic with Main & Hireling a few years ago concerning #5. it looks like Adventure Mythic works on Main but not Hireling and that the experience from Adventure Mythic applies to both Main & Hireling. since I am now unsure about Adventure Mythic experience applying to the Hireling, I’ll wait until a Dev can shed some light on it.
with the right build, Adventure Mythic can still bring lots of experience to a solo Character or the Main of a Main & Hireling Team.
