In my thought it, Base bleedDMG 100%+blistering%+bleedDMG%
And it just bleed on steroid, that also can affect by bleedDMG%stat and become a huge amount of DOT right?
Please tell me if I misunderstand.

Blistering does not increase bleed damage. It just makes it so, whenever you apply immolate, you also apply bleed for x% of your fire DoT damage
Blistering - Immolate also causes enemy to Bleed for +100% of Fire DoT (Item description). Immolate also causes enemy to Bleed for % of Fire DoT (Dictionary description).
Fire DoT does 80% of attacks damage over 2 seconds, or 40% of attacks damage every second for 2 seconds. if your attack does 1000 damage, total Fire DoT is 800 damage, or 400 damage a second for 2 seconds.
with Blistering:
Immolate damage is 100% of the attacks damage, not Fire DoT.
Immolate:
Bleed damage is 100% of attack damage every second for 10 seconds.
Elemental Critical Damage affixes (Blistering) don’t have caps, so you could have one on each Item (not the Pet) for +600% Blistering. and with Eternal Items, you could go even higher.
affixes that increase the damage of Bleed can affect the Bleed from Blistering.
Fire, Poison, and Bleed DoT’s also have a chance to cause Critical Hits, Deadly Strike, and Crushing Blow like hits that do Attack Damage (if you have Deadly Strike and/or Crushing blow on your Items).
don’t forget that attack damage has a random modifier range of +/- 25%. that’s why you see damage fluctuations when you hit the enemies.
So basically, bleed chance is useless right.?
Or it can work together wiht blistering?
Blistering only happens with Immolate.
Immolate is a % chance.
after about 5 Elemental Critical Hits, an enemy becomes immune to Elemental Critical Hits. (I discovered that when you are on a higher floor with a very underpowered build, and it takes forever to kill an enemy, the immunity goes away so they can get Elemental Crit Hit again for 5 times and then they become immune again. this continues until you quit or they die. it’s been a few years since I last did this, so I don’t know if this has been fixed or not)
if the enemy dies quickly when only using Blistering for Bleed DoT, then you don’t really need Bleed Chance. if you’re on a higher floor where it takes lots of time for the enemy to die, adding Bleed Chance will let you cause Bleed when the enemy becomes immune to Immolate for awhile. +200% Blistering will do more Bleed damage than Bleed damage from Bleed Chance if you have both on your build.
from what I understand, anything that increases Bleed damage for Bleed Chance will also increase the Bleed damage from Blistering
