As the title says, i made a mh weapon with cosmic orb and i want to increase the chances of spamming cosmic orb, should i add atk spd or put all proc mythstones or what?

If your rogue try equip dagger and proc affix will proc slow, then change it to chacram almost all of the attck of chacram will triger proc skills,
