Internal Service Failure

I get that Failure message everytime I try to log on to DQ. It mentions bad connectivity and then another message flashes saying I don’t own this app, and closes before I can do anything. Restarted phone, but did not solve the issue. Should I uninstall and reinstall ? I am at level 392 so I don’t want to lose that. I uploaded the last time I played, so would I be able to download my status ?

Hey! Which version of DQ do you have? Make sure, that you have the newest version of DQ (2.1).

I believe I have the latest version, as I have slways kept checking both the play store and amazon app store to see if there is a new version.
