Is Crystalline, Eternalized, and Mythical set items classified as ultra rare legend?

I have full set nadroji and wondering if it makes sense when I try to hunt these items

the Nadroji Ring & Necklace both drop from powerful enemies (Epic+ Tier, Orange, Red, and Purple enemies). past floor 100.

all of the others can drop from any monster, but have higher floor and/or difficulty requirements.

I’m not sure if they’re ultra rare or not, but they don’t drop very often, and it doesn’t help that there are other ultra rare items that drop.

if you get tired of waiting for them to drop while farming, you could use Dust to buy them from the LegendEx in the Codex.
