Is haunting a ultra rare set?

Well, I need eternal haunting items for my build, should I use nadroji?

i think haunting is exclusive for rogue, its found past floor 200 so it is not ultra rare set. i got one the necklace ‘frightening choker’ jasper it to warrior for the +2 sets affix.

Haunting
+15% to cast Fear with any skill that has a CD equal to or over 5 seconds.
On Fear, enemies take +20% MH DMG.

so when the cd of our skill are less than 5 seconds its wont trigger. cmiiw
