What is the best legend item and affix for wizard to create mythic item and what proc should I use

the best Legend Item to use is one that has 2 affixes you need for you Build, because the other 4 are taken off to make space for the Sockets to make a Mythic Legend Item.
example: using Jasper to change a Chakram to a Staff to have Legend +200% Weapon Damage and Defiant Set with Cosmic Orb Mythic and 3 other affixes or Myth Stones of your choice.
