I’ve been playing this game for two days and get lvl85 on floor135 now , but I just noticed that i dont have high quality % item , the highest % of quality so far I’ve seen is only 7% , so how to get higher quality % item ? Is it possible to get 25% without using Emerald ?
No it’s not possible. Increase your Item Quality by using Emeralds. Soon, there will be an update for you, dear ladies and gents, where you will be able to farm Eternal Items. This new “Rarity” always automatically has 50% (!) Item Quality on item XY.

So what’s the cap on the natural quality of an item? Best Ive seen is +8.
Pretty sure it’s 10.
Is item quality also affected by luck?
We should have a sort by quality feature.

From my experience, no. Luck only seems affects the rarity of the item. This is from playing 20 legend maps in a row. Even on those maps, I have never seen a +10% quality item.
But I’ll have to ask Steiger to be sure. Anything that has to do with chances will always need to be verified by him to be certain as one can be super lucky or super unlucky. 
I’ve seen 10, so that’s definitely possible. Never above that though, which is why I hypothesize 10 to be cap.
