Is this item good enough. Do I need to change anything. I don’t understand enough, I am a begineer so!
this is good if you want to focus on a Poison Storm build.
it might be better to change the +weapon dmg to +poison dmg. weapon dmg only applies to the weapon it is on while +poison dmg applies to any poison weapon.
the extra attack chance only applies to the primary skill on the main hand (comet on staff for example), if you are using the main hand primary skill for more damage while the storm is in effect (it lasts for 5 seconds), then keep it. if not, change it to something else. maybe +20% Poison.
