What exactly can I do this this crystal? Can I take a ring that is wizard only and has a meteor proc and make it so that rogues can use it and still proc meteor?
Or what if I used this on a wand and made it a rogue? what would change?
Class exclusives like +(Talents/Skills) will change depending on your jaspered item’s class.
Base DPS/Armor will also change depending on your jaspered weapon/armor type.
Procs will stay procs because they are just procs. They will not change.

What would be a worthwhile weapon to use this on for a rogue?
Crystalline/Defiant weapons, if you don’t have some of those for your class.
