Thats a zombie XD. That bug has been in the for quite a long time now

Same here 
Especially in a map with a pack size affix, there’s a lot of enemy zombies out there 
Some of them are just following you wherever you go and then some are still attacking you 
and the worst part is, they’re still damaging you but you can’t on them
