write a private message to the developers unless you are a new member. you can do this here or write them an email. or just wait until one of them responses on this thread

In most cases this can happen if you move to a new device (that has no DQ Data on it) and use your DQ account but press “upload” instead of download.
This will replace the data on our server with the empty data from your new device.
As Centra mentions below shoot me an email and I will see what we can do!
I’m having same issue I think I’ve caused this because I use two phones and I messed something up. I’ve lost some data somehow I was level 70 accidently hit upload and it rolled me back to 65. I’ve also lost my wizard it says lvl 30 wiz but he’s invisable try play with him it loads up map but no character gonna try other phone see what happens.
Ok I’ve tried both phones and the 2nd slot I purchasex that had the wizard is missing on both. It says its there but its not. It says level 30 wizard but he’s invisable. Hope it helps. I’m on both galaxy s 3’s android 4.1 and I think 4.4 on the other. It happenened after I hit upload by accident I think. I’m not to worried about it I hope it helps you find a fix I’m gonna try to delete him and make new character in that slot see if that works at least.
Deleting and creating new character worked. But I’m getting ads again. Please no ads ill give more money if I need too lol.
