Maybe you can put something like ascend toadd lvl cap but it will cost bbillion gold
After leveling up to 99 you can ascend your character and choose a perks.

Yep. Never in my life I got a billion gold in game lol even if I wanted. Too much effort. I have saved up to 400+M though.
