Epiphany would raise boost from satyr spirit

no, it only raises Caps. the only way Epiphany could raise the Boost from Satyr Spirit is to raise the Cap for Gold Find, put in more Gold Find up to the new Cap, which is more Gold Find for Satyr Spirit to use to boost whatever it boosts.
