The trick there is to taunt nearby enemies before firing off a Scattershot. If one enemy dies, it will trigger Frozen to explode and deal damage to nearby enemies, then if those enemies hit by the explosion dies, Frozen will trigger again, and again until no one is left. This is especially effective against +Epic mobs for insta kill.
